Location: Remote, with weekly virtual meetings and mentorship

Position Overview
As an HR Intern at Natics, you’ll get hands-on experience supporting our HR team in building a thriving work environment. This role offers direct supervision, weekly mentorship meetings, and guidance on all aspects of HR operations. Ideal candidates are proactive, organized, and passionate about supporting an inclusive workplace.
Responsibilities
HR Operations & Coordination:
- Assist in maintaining HR records, databases, and other digital resources.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes by organizing documents, scheduling orientations, and managing paperwork.
Employee Engagement & Communication:
- Create engaging content to keep team members informed and connected, leveraging tools like Canva and PowerPoint.
- Assist in organizing virtual events, team meetings, and engagement initiatives.
Research & Analysis:
- Conduct research on HR trends and best practices to improve processes.
- Compile and analyze feedback from employees to help shape Natics’ HR strategies.
Administrative & Team Support:
- Assist with various HR administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining filing systems.
- Support our team in ad hoc HR projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; familiarity with design tools like Canva is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
