(#31888) Analyst I, Quality


 

The Quality Analyst is responsible for compiling, maintaining, analyzing, and developing reporting as it relates to the outcome of Audits, In-Line QA, or Post Mortem QC reviews. As the Analyst, you will also perform quality assurance testing and complete ad hoc analysis as needed.

 

The Quality Analyst will:

 

  • Work closely with vendor(s) to ensure timely and accurate quality assurance testing
  • Deliver progress and exception reporting relating to management and impacted teams
  • Monitor, compile, and deliver recurring reporting
  • Create new reporting formats enabling variable dashboard views of relevant data
  • Support planning and material preparation to support audit meetings and discussions
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned
  • Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values

What You’ll Bring:
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field required
  • 1+ year in analyst role with financial services firm highly desirable
  • Highly proficient in Excel (e.g., experience with macros) and general strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Contemporary knowledge of business concepts, life cycles and processes
