Project Manager
Developmental Pathways (DP) is looking for a Project Manager to join our Strategic Project Management team. This role is responsible for the comprehensive management and oversight of agency-wide and department-level projects while supporting process evaluation and implementation, development, and strategic initiatives across the organization, and applying technology to increase work efficiencies.
Our Project Manager will get to:
Assess and improve operational standardization across teams; identify and mitigate competing priorities; ensure new or modified procedures and processes comply with federal, state, and departmental policies, rules, and regulations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leaders to deliver high-quality solutions that align with the organization's strategic goals
Serve as a liaison between department leaders and partners, key stakeholders, and IT to provide needed project solutions.
Implement project management and change management best practices and standards to maintain high-quality project deliverables
To be successful in this role you will need:

Project management experience, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, along with a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering project outcomes
Knowledge in data analysis and the ability to successfully leverage insights to drive key business recommendations and outcomes.
This is a 40-hour per week, hybrid position, with the benefit of working remotely and in-person coming into our headquarters office in Aurora, CO and/or off-site locations.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
Three (3) years of experience in strategic operations and project management
Ability to work within project management tools including Smartsheet, Microsoft applications, and others
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) and ability to use these and other required programs at an intermediate to advanced level
Proven planning and organizing skills for a growing department and their processes
Quick decision-making skills that are thorough and consider all perspectives and possibilities for impact to internal and external customers
Preferred
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies such as Smartsheet, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
Personal vehicle in good operating condition for use during work as appropriate
Valid Colorado motor vehicle license and proof of motor vehicle insurance
Ability to meet our driving requirements - no suspensions/ no more than two tickets in the past three years
Upon request, qualifying need, and approval, driving requirements may be waived in lieu of reliable transportation.
Additional Responsibilities
Foster collaborative and high-performing cross-functional project teams, establish clear goals, objectives, and initiatives, and actively monitor and track toward project completion
Assume responsibilities for the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects, drive team collaboration, ensure alignment with strategic objectives, and oversee assigned projects to completion; support end-user needs and respond to requests in a timely manner
Delegate project tasks to staff across departments, ensuring clear direction and accountability toward successful task completion
Invite engagement, create buy-in, and guide others toward innovation
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, resource allocation, and communication planning, in collaboration with stakeholders
Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and aligned with business objectives.
Provide a critical lens throughout projects, identify problems or inefficiencies during projects, and work to gather diverse feedback and input toward solutions
Utilize approved software tools to create, update, and maintain all project documentation, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with set standards
Create process maps, flowcharts, and roadmaps, where needed: outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for the project
