This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Customer Experience Design Intern in Burlington, MA with Signify.
- Create data visualizations, user journeys, persona development, and multi-media assets that communicate high-level service, business impact, and customer experience needs.
- Participate in the planning and translation of complex ideas into understandable concepts.
- Combine your creativity with technical competency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Bring inspiration and expertise to our Global Design Community.

While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:
- Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in either Communication, Graphic/Visual Design, Industrial Design, or equivalent.
- Have a passion for visual storytelling through illustrations/animations/infographics or other digital formats.
- Experience working with the Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
- Experience in design thinking or workshop creation and facilitation preferred
- Include your portfolio as part of the application process

Pay Rate: $23 - $29 per hour (based on year of study)
