MBA Graduate: Associate Marketing Director

Our hero products include our core brand, Aesthetic Record , an EMR & Practice Management solution, LeadAR , a CRM, Sales & Marketing Automation platform, and AR Sync, a digital listings management & local SEO management tool. in addition to software, we also run Aesthetic Next, one of the largest Aesthetic Medical education conference in the country, Aesthetic Next Productions, a full digital media and video production house, AR Marketplace, the industry’s only one-stop, digital marketplace for all things Aesthetics and For the Record, our podcast now in it’s 5th season. Our team is passionate about modernizing our brand voice, growing our market presence, and having fun while doing it. We’re looking for a Marketing Director who can lead the charge, inspire our brand’s visibility across every channel, and create impactful, edgy content that sets us apart.

The Role: As the Associate Marketing Director, you’ll be the architect behind our marketing strategy, leading efforts to amplify the brand presence for the multiple SaaS companies in our portfolio. From driving omni-channel engagement to rebranding websites, you’ll steer the evolution of our brands and guide go-to-market strategies for our own launches as well as key collaborations and integrations with our vendor partners.While you will be setting the vision, you will also play a key role in creating content, fine-tuning deliverables from our graphics and production teams, and building campaigns and initiatives. Our organization mirrors an agency, so you will be expected to rapidly switch between brands, brand voices, initiatives and stakeholders. Attention to detail, project management skills, and high learning agility is a must to balance the demands and constant innovation of each brand.

What You’ll Do:

  • Brand Visibility & Strategy: Own the go-to-market strategy for our brands. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our messaging is strong, consistent, and impactful. This includes building sales collateral, web content, social campaigns, trade show pieces and more!
  • Omni-Channel Campaigns: Lead marketing initiatives from concept to delivery across digital, print, events, and social media. Create campaigns that connect, inspire, and grow our audience and ensure we can effectively cross-promote and cross-sell between brands.
  • Website Redesign & Brand Refresh: Lead the efforts to modernize and redesign websites across our SaaS brands, ensuring a fresh and user-friendly experience that showcases the impact of our brands on their Practices.
  • Creative Direction: Collaborate with our talented graphic designers and video production team to bring your vision to life. While you won’t need to be fully hands-on with the design, you’ll provide direction to create cohesive visuals that reflect our brand’s evolution. You will need to build pieces on your own from time to time, so it is important that you have an eye for beautiful, clean design and at least an intermediate skill level with tools like Canva.
  • Ad Campaigns & Optimization: Develop compelling messaging for digital ad campaigns, oversee landing page creation, and use campaign metrics to iterate and improve. You will work closely with a seasoned ad manager who is tasked with optimizing audiences and campaigns, but it will be up to you to review performance and continue to dial in our messaging and our target client profile for better results.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, product, and external vendors to align marketing strategies with business goals, including exciting collaborations and partnerships. This may include co-branding, collaborative courses with other vendors, sponsorships for For The Record, or delivering content on behalf of a client of Aesthetic Next Productions.
  • Thought Leadership: Support the personal/professional branding efforts of members of our leadership team who serve in advisory capacities for vendors, speak at podiums across the country, and appear on various webinars and podcasts. You will manage their media kits and help pitch or promote engagements that reflect their thought leadership in the industry.

What You Bring:

  • A proven track record in leading brand and marketing strategies, ideally within the SaaS, tech or Aesthetic industry.
  • Experience in driving omni-channel marketing initiatives across digital, social, and traditional platforms.
  • A solid working knowledge of SEO & website performance best practices, Google analytics, up-to-date social media trends, and leveraging AI to build, create and optimize content.
  • A strategic mind with a knack for developing impactful go-to-market plans and optimizing them based on data-driven insights.
  • Leadership experience in guiding teams to execute campaigns with energy and creativity, and the ability to mentor talent.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling ad copy, campaign messaging, and presentations.

Preferred Skills & Experiences

  • Experience working in an agency or supporting multiple brands simultaneously
  • Intermediate or higher experience working in content creation or CMS platforms like Canva, Adobe Suite, Capcut, OpusClip, Veed, Wordpress, etc.
  • Experience using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT to create and refine content
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM administration including automations, funnels, email marketing, SMS campaigns, etc.
  • Experience with video production- script writing, storyboarding, and executive producing a shoot
  • Intermediate knowledge working with productivity tools like Slack, Clickup, Google suite, Zoom, etc.
  • Experience working with 3rd party contractors through FIVERR or Upwork
  • MBA with a graduation date of December 2024 or earlier
