Office Assistant - CBA

Position Type: Federal Work Study Only
 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Assist Director with Finance Seminar Series Zoom and onsite presentations.
  • Create and distribute flyers for the Webinars and Seminars via the internet.
  • Create evaluation forms for Webinars and Seminars to be posted.
  • Post the flyer/announcements internally and externally.
  • Set up and track registration for Webinars and onsite meetings.
  • Serve as administrator for recorded Zoom/Team meetings.
  • Coordinate with AV and University Services setup and locations for onsite meetings.
  • Assist in recording onsite presentations.
  • Serve, if needed, as liaison with guest presenters.
  • Assist Director in utilization of VERBIT for closed captions.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be experienced in serving as Administrator for Zoom/Teams meetings.
  • Must be knowledgeable in creating Flyers via Powerpoint and/or Canvas.
  • Must be knowledgeable in creating Evaluation forms.
  • Must be experienced in Excel and creating spreadsheets.
  • Must be professional and personable.
  • Must be consistent and dependable.
  • Must be open to instruction and willing to learn.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Zoom/Team Administrator
  • Excel
  • Powerpoint
  • Canva

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Student in College of Business Administration preferred, but not mandatory.

Physical Requirements:

  • Some light lifting may be required.
  • Some assistance with onsite set up may be needed.

Anticipated Schedule: 

  • Flexible
