Marketing Operations Analyst

Our client, a Fortune 100 globally recognized financial services brand, is looking for a Marketing Operations Analyst to execute campaigns (from initial submission to final approval) on one of their marketing teams. This person will collaborate with Marketing Channel Analysts & Managers, Creative Governance, Brand, Legal, and Compliance teams to define campaigns.

They will also work with the technical team to build and launch campaigns into production. They will have the opportunity to learn specialized skills focused on digital marketing, project management, and relationship management, as well as become an expert on their company systems, tools, and cross-functional teams.

The key responsibilities are:

  • Manage end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns focused primarily on email and paid media, to ensure flawless and on-time launch, and deliver against the marketing and financial goals.
  • Understand and apply all feedback from Marketing campaign review partners (e.g., Legal, Compliance)
  • Partner with Analysts & Managers, Prospect Marketing Execution, and Enablement subject matter experts to align and resolve feedback in order to launch compliant campaigns that deliver against strategic objectives.
  • Take responsibility, in partnership, with fellow Marketing Operations Analysts, for acquiring and sharing best practices to make campaign execution (preparation, submission, and compliant delivery) more effective.
  • Focus on learning and applying new relevant tools and processes as they are rolled out.
