Job Title: Integrated Master Scheduler 

Science, Engineering, Management Solutions LLC (Sem-Sol) is a small business in Albuquerque, NM on the forefront of science and industry. Our skilled scientists, engineers and technicians specialize in directed energy and pulsed power systems and use innovative technology to develop innovative solutions for a range of Department of Defense agencies and commercial industries.

 

Sem-Sol is seeking a full-time Integrated Master Scheduler to hone our competitive edge with a higher level of EVM compliance. Of course, we know the principles of EVM. What we need is the organized, self-motivated team member who will help our organization put them into practice and perform the analyses required to keep us true to baseline and meet our customers’ reporting requirements. 

 

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead, develop, and maintain resource loaded schedule activities.
  • Support project team with the generation and analysis of EVM data.
  • Perform analysis of critical path, schedule risk, and EV variance root cause analysis.
  • Prepare Weekly Cost reports.
  • Apply Earned Value Management principals to programs.
  • Analyze budgeted to actual cost and schedule variances.
  • Prepare variance analyses for presentation to customers.
  • Perform schedule risk assessments (SRA) and enterprise risk assessments.
  • Assist with labor planning and work authorizations.
  • Prepare ad hoc reports for internal and external customers using Microsoft Access and Excel.
  • Interface with Business Office personnel, supervisors, and customers on financial related tasks.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experienced building, managing, and maintaining program master schedules using MS Project.
  • BA or BS
  • Deltek Costpoint experience, a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting DoD or other US Government agencies scheduling efforts.
  • Must possess strong planning, organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
