Position Overview: 

We are seeking a creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will design and execute compelling social media content, manage digital marketing efforts, and support various administrative tasks. You will work closely with our team to help create and execute marketing tactics that support overall marketing strategies. 

Key Responsibilities: 

● Design engaging social media posts that align with client branding and messaging. 

● Write strategic social media captions to connect with target audiences and encourage interaction. 

● Schedule and manage social media content across various platforms for clients. 

● Create graphic designs and write copy for client email campaigns. 

● Maintain and optimize Google AdWords campaigns for improved performance 

● Perform administrative tasks and additional duties as directed to support our team and ensure smooth operations. 

Qualifications: 

● Previous experience in graphic design, using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva. 

● Past work in social media marketing, using platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. 

● Proficiency in creating compelling visual content and writing engaging copy. 

● Understanding of Google AdWords management and optimization is a plus, but not required. 

● Excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills. 

● Ability to work collaboratively with a team and maintain a client-centric approach. 

● Ability to use discretion in handling matters of a confidential nature. 

● Ability to maintain a professional appearance and business casual dress code. 

● Valid motor vehicle operator’s license and in-force insurance, with the ability to operate and occasionally travel locally and regionally by motor vehicle.

Pay Range: 

$20-$26/hour, commensurate with experience. We also offer a competitive benefits package to support and empower our employees.
