The Department of Correction (DOC) is currently recruiting a Secretary 2 to work within the Corrigan Correctional Center with the potential for this recruitment  be used to fill additional vacancies across the state in the future.

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

  • This position is full-time, following a first shift schedule, on-site, 40 hours per week, scheduled Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
  • This position will support Administrators such as Wardens, Deputy Wardens, Counselors Supervisors, Unit Directors, Deputy Directors, Parole Supervisors, or Parole Officers.
  • As a Secretary 2, you will screen phone calls, prepare reports and financial data, and conduct data entry and internet research.
  • In this position, you will also coordinate office support services and receive and direct visitors.
