What you’ll achieve
As an Intern Undergraduate in our Sales Strategy Process and Operations team, you will:
Work with the Sales Value Sizing team on driving the vision of the future of sales for all functions of sellers across Dell by helping to identify processes, tools, or policies that are currently causing a negative or inefficient experience on the Dell Technologies seller population.
You will:
- Work Cross functionally with various program leads to validate and report back on progress to plan, and current state of various seller experience focused programs.
- Engage with senior leadership to ensure appropriate actions and considerations are being made in light of changing scope, environment, and business priorities.
- Have opportunities to jump in and collaborate with various leads to establish new or updated methods leveraging big data, case studies, and seller sentiment.

Essential Requirements
- Ongoing undergraduate course work (graduates in December 2025 or later)
- Productivity and excellent communications skills
- Ability to prioritize and maintain organization in day to day activities
- Willing to think outside the box, challenge the current state, and bring a sense of curiosity to help us define the future of sales
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Compensation
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this position is $21.35 - $23.20 per hour, depending on location.
