About the Organization
Our Foundation emerged in the year 2000 after it was discovered that 95% of cases involving young women and adolescents in Spain, who are at risk and facing difficulties, were being left unattended due to lack of resources. They present serious problems of social exclusion and marginalization, which lead to loss of employment, abandonment by partners or family, loss of housing, abandonment, or loss of custody of children. The Foundation is a "charitable assistance" organization declared "of public utility" since April 2001, dedicated to providing assistance and support to groups at risk of exclusion or marginalization in the areas of childhood, women, and motherhood.
On-site Supervision and Support

Supervisors provide and oversee daily tasks, introduce the intern to team members, and mentor the intern in organizational agility, skill acquisition, and career readiness. Interns complete a midpoint and final evaluation, and supervisors complete a final evaluation of their interns. All work responsibilities and projects are approved in advance.
