Student Activities Funding Board - Director of Accounting

Description:

The Student Activities Funding Board (SAFB) Director of Accounting maintains and manages all financial records of the Board. They are responsible for documenting all transactions and allocations as well as creating reports to be given to the Board and the Student Congress.

Responsibilities:

Must work with the OSI Accounting Clerk to confirm and document all transactions

Must maintain a running and projected budget for internal use

Prepare regular reports to be presented to the Board and/or Student Congress

Review transactions and report abnormalities and/or concerns to the Chair

Must review all budget requests in a timely manner

Must be or become knowledgeable of all SAFB Rules and Regulations

Must attend weekly Board meetings as a voting member
