[2025] Associate Product Manager - New Grad

As an Associate Product Manager, you will get the opportunity to do structured rotations for 9 to 12 months with various teams at Roblox to learn about, build and improve various parts of the incredible Roblox platform that spans everything from payment systems, consumer mobile apps, social features to game development. The aim of the APM program is to leverage the deep Product Management expertise at Roblox to train the future leaders at Roblox and the broader tech community.

You Are:

  • Possessing/possess an undergraduate/graduate degree in computer science, engineering or a related field.
  • Passionate about building products and features that delight our users
  • Curious about and can identify what drives users
  • Eager to share and present your ideas across different audiences
  • Enthusiastic about games, user-generated content, and social networking.

You Will:

  • Work on product features that have direct user impact
  • Have numerous opportunities to present your ideas and own outcomes
  • Collect whatever data is necessary to inform product decisions
  • Write specifications, work with our engineering teams, and bring your project to a successful outcome

Location: San Mateo, CA

For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.
