Operations Associate
Hawthorne is seeking an Operations Associate to join our Operations and Finance team.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational support for retail channels including Target, Amazon, Nordstrom, CVS, and specialty retailers
- Own relationship with the Company’s 3PLs for all fulfillment and shipping needs across DTC and wholesale
- Manage special product projects including kitting, repackaging, one-off products, etc.
- Manage customer experience for the Company including customer questions, order/product issues, returns and exchanges, reviews and ratings, and communication across email and social channels
- Ensure Hawthorne and its products follow federal and industry standards, as well as retailer formulation standards
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, and Finance teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- 1+ years relevant experience at a corporate or startup in an operations or supply chain
- Incredibly organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communicator
- A true problem-solver who is creative, independent, and flexible in their solutioning
- Proficient with Excel
- Strong external stakeholder management and cross-functional teaming abilities
- Embraces a highly collaborative and agile team environment
- Open to challenging existing ideas and methods and thinking outside the box
- Relevant experience in a customer experience role, a plus
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation range: $50-65k
