Job Description:
We are a local marketing firm seeking driven individuals to join our team as an Entry-Level Marketing Associate. In this role, you’ll help execute promotional campaigns for our clients while honing your marketing skills. Through our comprehensive, fully-paid training, you’ll gain the tools and strategies needed to succeed, working closely with our collaborative team to drive results and foster new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Build new business opportunities for clients using our hands-on training approach.
• Collaborate with the marketing and management teams to meet client goals for performance, leadership, and brand representation.
• Set and manage sales goals while engaging with client consumer bases in a face-to-face retail setting.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for growth as part of this entry-level role.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields is a plus but not required.
• Strong desire to grow into a leadership or management position.
• Reliable transportation.
• 1-2 years of experience in brand management, customer service, marketing, or sales is preferred but not required.
