As a Customer Support Associate, you will learn the fundamentals:

·        Customer communication and advocacy: Be the bridge between our company and our valued customers, providing exceptional support and building lasting relationships.

·        Inventory control: Master the art of managing inventory efficiently, ensuring products are always available when our customers need them. You will literally be responsible for millions of dollars of inventory.

·        Invoicing and accounts receivables: Learn the financial aspects of customer support, ensuring timely and accurate billing processes.

·        Order management: Take charge of order processing, ensuring smooth and on-time deliveries.

·        Crisis resolution: Develop problem-solving skills to handle unexpected challenges and turn them into opportunities.

·        Recent college graduate (between 2021 and 2023)

·        BA/BS in Business, Finance, Accounting, Communications, Logistics or other related field

·        Unofficial college transcript

·        Any writing example that you are proud of (college, work, or personal)

·        Drug and background check, coordinated by M&W

Status: Full-time

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with overtime anticipated to be between 10 % and 30%.
