Salary Range B: $27.44 hourly to start. Full Range: $57,068 - $86,320 annually 

Reports To:  Portfolio Manager – HASCO-Managed Communities   

Position Status:  Full Time, Non-Exempt

 

As the Portfolio Coordinator, you will be responsible for the leasing functions, site monitoring, other landlord/tenant responsibilities of the assigned housing portfolio. Part of this work will include conducting in-person lease-ups, move-in/out inspections, completing scheduled onsite visits, serving property notices for non-payments and late fees, working with Maintenance to schedule and determine facility needs, and executing miscellaneous administrative tasks such as reports or filing notices within Elite and FileVision. In addition, this role communicates with residents and household members to build trust and encourage positive interactions, responds to resident requests in a reasonable timeframe, and works collaboratively with residents to resolve issues using a trauma informed approach. To thrive in this role, you’ll need skill in organizing and managing a significant flow of information, the ability to understand and operate emergency systems and utility shut-offs, gathering evidence of lease violations for HASCO or court hearings, and understanding and remaining current on federal and local occupancy policies and Fair Housing law, along with the ability to present and maintain a professional demeanor while potentially under pressure.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to regularly sit, stand, talk and/or hear.  The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel; to reach with hands and arms; perform frequent above-shoulder and overhead work; climb ladders and work at heights on 2-story buildings; twist at the waist, bend at the waist, stoop, kneel, crouch and/or crawl. Specific vision abilities include close vision and color vision.

Work may partially be performed at the main office in Everett, WA, remotely, or at work sites and in occupied apartment units.  While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to frequently inspect projects and may be exposed to ongoing construction and various weather conditions.  The noise level may range from moderate to loud.  Safety equipment such as a hard hat or goggles may be worn.  The employee may drive a vehicle to and from work sites in a variety of weather conditions.
