Manufacturing Development Engineering Intern

As a Manufacturing Development Engineering Intern, you would be placed in one of our Engineering team (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or IT Software Engineering) at our Development Site.  Our Development Teams design and install systems and components to power our manufacturing operations across the company.  In this internship, you will have the opportunity to bring your textbooks to life and be exposed to cutting edge technology and innovation.  In addition, you'll round out your internship experience with professional development and networking activities with leaders & professionals in your field. 

 

 

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Pursuing undergrad degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Industrial Engineering or IT Software Engineering. 
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 
  • A tech-savvy, passionate engineering student who’s ready to conquer real-world challenges
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (internship or job), preferred
  • Strong interest in contributing to manufacturing production development by designing and optimizing operational systems and processes for greater efficiency and impact
  • Expected graduation date of December 2025 or Spring 2026
  • Willing to be placed at either our Medina, OH or Jackson Center, OH location (Housing stipend provided if permanent and college address is 50+ miles from the office) 
  • Eligible to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship, & will not require employer sponsorship after graduation
