Winter Marketing Intern
General Description:
Under the direction of the Director of Training and Events, the marketing intern will be responsible for researching and updating the firm’s client and prospect list development. Candidates with a high level of attention to detail, self-motivation, and organization are ideal for this role. This position is hybrid, with an in-person component.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform marketing data entry accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of client and industry lists.
- Track performance of email marketing campaigns. Research market data points and competition.
- Support various marketing efforts, including conference shipments and firm collateral.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project objectives are met.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office(Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
- Self-starter attitude and independently motivated, with the ability to take on tasks and duties without immediate direction.
- Willingness to learn new software systems and programs.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as on a team.
