LTOCE: Library Circulation- Graduate Assistant
Graduate students in the Library Circulation Department assist with building security, student assistant supervision, work related to the circulation of information and Library supervision when full-time staff is not on duty. Graduate assistantships are twelve (12) month appointments which require working twenty hours per week.

Work evenings/nights and weekends
Graduate assistants are required to work during quarter breaks
Dependable, trustworthy , and efficient
Ability to follow directions
- Students must be enrolled at least half-time to be eligible for student employment. Half time enrollment is defined as 4 hours for undergraduates or 3 hours for graduates. Students who drop below half-time will no longer be eligible for student employment and must cease working.
- Students must have an overall GPA of 2.0 for undergraduates and a 3.0 for graduates during their employment. First time freshmen must have an ACT Composite score of 20 or higher at time of employment.
- Students may work a maximum of 20 hours a work week, and are not allowed to work during scheduled class times.
- Student workers will be allowed to hold only one job at a time during an academic year (ex: FWS, Graduate Assistantship, Regular Funds)
- New student workers must have valid identification documents (non-expired passport or driver’s license and social security card)
- International students must have a current passport, I-94, and social security card
