Overall, we are looking for a team member who is passionate about education and who, like us, wants to make a difference in the world. Program Leads are the front-facing members of our team to our campers. We are looking for Program Leads who love to have fun and are not afraid to act silly with a group of campers who are looking for a beneficial and fun escape with Ivy Camps USA.
Locations and Dates - Candidates identify where and when they are interested in going.

- Ras Al Khaumah (UAE)
Date Range -
- December 12, 2024 – January 9, 2025
- Applicants can choose between 2 week and 3 week options
Compensation -
- Stipend Range: $1,700 – $3,200
- Based on program length, flight costs, etc.
- Housing: Provided
- Transportation To and From Work: Provided

Primary Responsibilities
- Photograph/video counselors and campers ages 6 to 14
- Work anywhere from 40-50 hours per week, more or less, including photography, videography, video compilation and editing, camp preparations, meetings, and all other job responsibilities
- Attend meetings with other team members and Supervisors
- Fill out daily check-in and check-out procedures
- Complete synchronous and asynchronous online training pre-departure to the worksite
- Attend all in-person training dates
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Bachelor’s Degree program
- Previous experience with photography and videography required
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a self-directed capacity, must be proactive, take ownership and have a strong work ethic
- Desire to work in a startup environment with new concepts and models
- Ability to adapt to working in varied/dynamic situations
- Excellent team-player
