Responsibilities:

- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entries.
- Communication:
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding tasks, being completed or updates of completion.
- Image and Media Management:
- Upload and organize images and multimedia content associated with aircraft listings.
- Ensure visual consistency and quality across all listings
- Efficiency and Speed:
- Enter data quickly and efficiently without compromising accuracy.
- Task Prioritization:
- Prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
- Manage workload effectively to meet deadlines.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Compile and analyze data related to website traffic, user engagement, and sales performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Manage and update customer information within management system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Tech-savy, with proficiency in Outlook and familiarity with digital marketing tools
- Strong organizational skills, and time management skills.
