Local Hire External Affairs Specialist

In this position, you will coordinate with Logistics, Human Resources, Finance and Administrative sections as necessary.

Typical assignments include:

  • Providing overall administrative support for External Affairs staff and management of office space and equipment.
  • Planning, organizing, and adjusting assignments and workloads.
  • Compiling and maintaining External Affairs briefings and researching information.
  • Assisting staff with payroll, travel vouchers, and training.
  • Using computers and computer applications such as Microsoft Outlook, MS Word and Excel to analyze and communicate information in the appropriate format.
