Fairbanks Morse Defense is seeking a highly motivated HR Intern to join our team. As an Intern, you will be taking on impactful work while engaging in a dynamic learning experience and working side by side with our team.


General requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and O365 Drive Suites – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Must have access to reliable transportation
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening 
  • Must be willing to comply with pre-employment screening, including but not limited to, drug testing, reference verification and background check. Will be required to submit to a post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Our basic expectations are:

  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Ideal candidate would be at least in their 2nd year of school pursuing their bachelor’s degree
