(PhD) AI Agent Algorithm Senior Engineer

Job responsibilities

1. Responsible for the construction of large language models, intelligent agent algorithms for multi-modal large models, and the construction of complex task agents to improve the intelligence of the dialogue system;

2. Improve large model task arrangement, tool recall and calling capabilities, and enhance the Agent’s task closed-loop capability in terminal scenarios;

3. Responsible for large model-related research and development work, including base model selection, large model fine-tuning, vertical domain optimization, and model evaluation to support the improvement of business experience;

4. Gain insight into the cutting-edge technologies of large language models and multi-modal large models, and track the latest technology and research progress in related fields.

Job requirements

1. Computer science, machine learning, statistics, applied mathematics and other professional fields;

2. Have a good research background and results, a strong interest in algorithm research, and a strong business abstraction ability; have creative thinking and be able to transform new ideas into engineering applications; be passionate about research work, and have good teamwork spirit and communication skills;

3. Have strong programming skills and be proficient in mainstream programming languages, such as C++/Java/Python, etc.;

4. Publish relevant papers in high-level international conferences and academic journals, or have experience winning awards in high-level competitions;5. Priority will be given to those with experience in large model development.

Working language is Mandarin.
