(PhD) AIGC Media Generation Algorithm Senior Engineer
Job responsibilities
1. Responsible for building and implementing Honor's AIGC media generation capabilities, designing and implementing key technical solutions in the field, and promoting the implementation of relevant technologies around specific business scenarios, including but not limited to text generation for images or videos, 2D content stylization, 3D objects, 3D scenes, digital people, etc.;
2. Responsible for cutting-edge technology research and competitive product analysis in the field of AIGC media generation, and maintaining continuous tracking of technology trends in academia and industry;
3. Responsible for transforming and optimizing cutting-edge technologies in the field of AIGC media generation in a timely and timely manner, improving existing AIGC media generation and evaluation technologies and automated evaluation systems, improving the efficiency of the evaluation system, verifying internal and external business scenarios, and forming an industry-leading AIGC media Generate an algorithm standard measurement system to build Honor's leading competitiveness in the industry;
4. Responsible for the construction of AIGC media generation algorithm test data sets and experience evaluation standard systems to support the experience evaluation of AIGC media generation algorithms.
Job requirements
1. Mathematics/physics/automation/computer/electronic engineering/artificial intelligence and other related majors;
2. Have a solid foundation in machine learning and be familiar with AIGC media generation, 3D content generation and other related fields; or master basic image and video generation algorithms, including but not limited to GAN, VAE, Diffusion, etc., and understand Bayesian Learining related knowledge;
3. Have excellent coding skills and solid data structure/algorithm skills, master at least one commonly used deep learning framework (Pytorch/TensorFlow/Caffe), master acceleration frameworks such as DeepSpeed and Accelerate, and have the ability to independently reproduce SOTA papers. Proficient in Python, those who master at least one of C++/C/Java will be given priority;
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, passionate about challenging problems, and self-learning ability and drive when entering new fields;
5. Priority will be given to one or more of the following situations:
a) those who have participated in corporate cooperation while in school and have experience in development and implementation;
b) have published relevant papers in top journals and conferences, or are winners in high-level competitions.
