The Center for Societal Aspiration (CSA) is a startup 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to rehabilitating vulnerable members of the community, including those facing addiction, homelessness, and poverty, through socially driven technology.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented and creative Animation Production Intern to join our team. This intern will play a key role in creating engaging animations and multimedia content that bring CSA’s mission to life and connect with our audiences. This internship is an excellent opportunity to hone your animation skills, build a meaningful portfolio, and contribute to an impactful cause.
Key Responsibilities:
Animation Design:
Develop animated content for CSA’s social media channels, website, and digital marketing, visually telling CSA’s story and amplifying our impact.
Multimedia Production:
Assist in the creation of video and animated content for campaigns, events, and educational materials, enhancing CSA’s outreach and engagement.
Storyboarding and Concept Development:
Collaborate on storyboarding and creative concepts for animation projects that align with CSA’s messaging and goals.
Branding Support:
Contribute to brand consistency by designing animations and visuals that reflect CSA’s identity and resonate with our community.
Collaboration and Feedback:
Work closely with the marketing and communications team to brainstorm animation ideas, incorporate feedback, and refine designs for maximum impact.
Innovation and Trend Awareness:
Stay current on animation trends and techniques, bringing fresh, dynamic ideas to CSA’s visual storytelling.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Animation, Media Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Proficiency in animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Blender) and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
Strong portfolio showcasing animation and design skills.
Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills and a passion for impactful storytelling.
Commitment to nonprofit work and a desire to make a difference in the community.
