Inside Sales and Marketing Representative - Skyline Pharmaceuticals

Skyline Pharmaceuticals is looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our ever-growing Sales and Marketing Team. These individuals should share in our companies' beliefs and culture in order to successfully represent our clients and fulfill their needs, expectations, and goals. We provide top notch training to our team that is specific to each campaign we are representing, as well as individualized programs that target our clients' demographics in order to properly gauge success.

Who Skyline Pharmaceuticals marketers represent?

A Skyline Pharmaceutical marketer will represent many different companies in an array of different industries with our main focus being on Health Care. We currently represent Wholesale Pharmaceutical Distributors, Pharmaceutical Manufacturers, Home Health Care Nurse Registry's, and CBD Manufacturers.

Job Duties:

  1. Sales & Marketers for Skyline are the face of business contact and relations for our clients. We engage daily with clients to consult them with their needs in these forms of communication: in-person, telecommunication, video conference, email, and fax.
  2. Our Sales & Marketers must be fluent in all forms of communication and excel in both verbal and written presentation. Each representative works with about 50 different clients per day across each campaign.
  3. Our Sales & Marketers must be self-disciplined and go-getters. Business is not handed to us; we get out there and make these connections happen and that means our representatives must be quick thinkers and proactive listeners.
  4. For each campaign, the sales and marketing we provide is different for that client so our representatives must also be extremely knowledgeable in all campaigns as our representatives work with all clients and are not pigeonholed to a single campaign.

  4. Tech Savvy - We live in a digital world, how easy can you adapt to that when it comes to industry changes?
  5. Coachability - The future leaders of our company are typically the best students, teachers, and trainers. Knowledge is power, but only when its applied.
  6. Closer - Are you confident in your skillsets? We thrive in a fast paced working environment that requires quick thinking, educated decision making, and above all confidence.
  7. Goal Oriented - We are nothing, if we don't set goals. More importantly, how do we hold ourselves accountable for those goals?
  8. Communicator - Our ability to eloquently deliver a message to our clients or on our clients behalf via written, oral, or video skill is an absolute must for this position.
  9. Leadership - We only promote from within, do you have what it takes to be a future leader of our company?

Compensation:

We offer different compensation packages for each campaign which allows our Sales and Marketing Team the opportunity to have a diverse portfolio of incomes without the restraints of market conditions. Based on the diversity of our client portfolio, our team always has a constant and steady flow of income and revenue to secure a healthy and prosperous sales and marketing pipeline.
