Business Development

Elite Pro Cleaning Services LLC is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy intern to support our growing cleaning business. This position is ideal for students or recent graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in business development, sales, and customer acquisition within a dynamic home services industry. The intern will work primarily on tasks related to generating new business clients through data input, phone outreach, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Outreach: Initiate and follow up on outbound phone calls to potential business clients (property managers, apartment complexes, and commercial properties) to present our cleaning services and establish new business relationships.
  • Sales Support: Assist with the sales process by inputting customer information, managing leads, and scheduling follow-ups.
  • Data Entry & CRM Management: Accurately enter data into CRM systems, keep client and lead information up-to-date, and document call notes and outcomes.
  • Market Research: Conduct basic research on potential clients, competitors, and local market trends to improve our outreach strategies.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks as needed, such as drafting emails, updating documents, and coordinating schedules.

Qualifications:

  • Current Student or Recent Graduate in business, communications, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Comfortable and professional on the phone; clear written and verbal communication.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with Google excel and experience with CRM systems or willingness to learn.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Sales Interest: Eager to learn about the sales process and develop skills in client acquisition.
  • Work Ethic: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Sales/Outreach: Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus.
  • Local Knowledge of San Antonio Market: Familiarity with San Antonio’s business landscape is beneficial for market research and client outreach.
