Ecommerce Manager

Job Title: Ecommerce Manager

Reports To: Director of Performance

 

Position Overview:

The Ecommerce Manager plays a pivotal role in our digital advertising and marketing agency, focusing on driving online sales and optimizing e-commerce strategies for our direct-to-consumer clients. This position involves overseeing all aspects of e-commerce operations, from platform management to conversion rate optimization. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of e-commerce trends to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and revenue

Manage and optimize clients' e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento)

Analyze sales data and consumer behavior to inform strategic decisions

Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional campaigns

Oversee product listings, pricing strategies, and inventory management

Implement and manage SEO/SEM initiatives for e-commerce sites

Coordinate with UI/UX teams to enhance user experience and conversion rates

Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers

Ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations and best practices

Provide regular performance reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders

 

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in an agency or DTC environment

Proven track record of increasing online sales and improving e-commerce KPIs

Strong understanding of various e-commerce platforms and technologies

Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)

Knowledge of SEO/SEM principles and best practices
