Middle School Special Education Teacher

Orion Middle School, located in Orion, IL is seeking a Special Education Teacher for August of 2025.  The Orion School District provides a mentoring program for new teachers.

Candidates must have an Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)

Job Responsibilities: The successful candidate will implement, design, and teach the curriculum for special education students in math and science. Additionally, they will service approximately 20 IEP's per year.

Applicant Qualities: The ideal applicant is a motivated, self-starter who is dedicated to the Special Education profession. They are a role-model for students and personable with students, staff, and community members.
