Summer Acquisitions Internship 2025

We're currently interviewing for our Summer Acquisitions Internships based in our mid-town NY office. There will be a 1st round of interviews followed by a final round of interviews including an analytical skills test.

Both undergraduate and master’s students going into their final year of studies in the Fall of 2025, with an interest in real estate and prior experience are encouraged to apply. Our Summer Acquisitions Internship program provides each summer associate with hands-on opportunities to impact the team while gaining insight into the trans-disciplinary field of real estate.

Responsibilities:

Partner with Analysts to assist in reviewing our acquisition pipeline and helping to underwrite deals that inform investment decisions.

Help to analyze property and portfolio level financial statements and operational dynamics.

Identify creative opportunities for value creation through site visits, due diligence and discussions with operations teams.

Required Attributes:

Outstanding academic success in college/university; must be a rising Senior.

Previous real estate Internship experience required; please list company on resume.

Thriving in team-based environments with open communication

Demonstrated enthusiasm for real estate with a high degree of creativity, vision, and technical aptitude

Internship or work experience in real estate or finance industry preferred

Strong Excel skills
