About Philharmonic Productions

Philharmonic Productions is a dynamic company dedicated to designing, producing, and selling world-class music accessories and instruments. As we expand our product range and work to bring innovative items to market, we’re looking for two Co-CEO interns to lead this exciting journey. This role will put you in charge of overseeing the complete design, production, and sales processes, making it perfect for someone with a strong background in 3D design, CAD, and an entrepreneurial spirit.


 

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for two elite, highly motivated interns with experience in design, CAD, and 3D printing. This is an intense, high-stakes role for those who are ready to take full ownership and drive Philharmonic Productions’ success. You will manage and coordinate all aspects of the product lifecycle—from concept to sale—overseeing a team, refining designs, managing production logistics, and strategizing to bring new items to market. This role is only for the most driven, skilled candidates who can work independently while delivering exceptional results.


 

Role Expectations

Product Design & Development: Lead the design and production of new musical accessories and instrument components. Oversee CAD and 3D modeling work to ensure products meet top industry standards and are ready for production.

End-to-End Project Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle—from initial concept and prototyping through to final production, packaging, and sale. Ensure all steps are executed with precision and meet deadlines.

Market & Sales Strategy: Develop a go-to-market strategy for each product, focusing on branding, marketing, and sales channels to maximize product reach and revenue.

Team Leadership: Manage a high-performing team, delegating responsibilities across design, production, and sales. Create a culture of excellence and accountability.

Quality Assurance: Ensure every product meets quality standards. Continuously improve production processes to maintain a high level of craftsmanship.


 

Requirements

• Strong background in design, CAD, 3D modeling, and ideally 3D printing.

• Proven experience in project management and product development.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• A serious, driven mindset with a passion for bringing innovative music products to market.
