Manager, Healthcare Client Strategy - Job Responsibilities

  • Help shape and expand one of our delivery verticals by implementing innovative processes and technology enhancements.
  • Manage a robust portfolio of clients, ensuring the high-quality delivery of survey projects that meet their research objectives.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and design surveys that provide valuable insights.
  • Lead initiatives focused on internal automation and process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for product adjustments to better satisfy client needs.
  • Work closely with Software Engineering, Account Management, Sales, Compliance, and International teams to foster client engagement and growth.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a strong academic background.
  • 1.5+ years of experience in strategy consulting (preferred) or a similar role.
  • Experience working with surveys in any capacity is a plus.
  • Any prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Python or other programming languages is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
  • Mature, self-assured, presentable, humble, and confident.
  • Eligible to work in the US, including F-1 visa holders with Optional Practical Training (OPT) status of at least 3 years
