Grounds Maintenance Worker

This position will oversee the campus grounds in order to assure their cleanliness, safety, and beauty, caring for and maintaining the appearance of lawns, parking lots, roadways, sidewalks, athletic fields, flowerbeds, shrubs, and trees.

As a facilities member at LLCC, you can look forward to 13 paid holidays a year and 2 personal days, 15 sick days, and starting with 10 vacation days per year. This position is under our Facilities Union. Salary will be no less than $35,734 per year with an excellent benefits package.

This position will be open until filled; however, applications must be received on or before November 17, 2024 to be considered during the initial review window. In-person interviews for this position are anticipated to begin December 3 with an anticipated start date of January 6, 2025.
