Job Description:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization. This includes collaborating with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with experience in talent acquisition, a keen eye for identifying top talent, and a passion for building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with hiring managers and HR team to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies for each role.
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and networking, to find and attract qualified candidates.
- Screening and Interviews: Conduct initial screenings, phone interviews, and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
- Job Postings: Write compelling job descriptions and post them on appropriate platforms (job boards, social media, etc.) to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Employer Branding: Work with the marketing and HR teams to promote [Company Name] as an employer of choice by developing and executing employer branding initiatives.
- Onboarding Coordination: Collaborate with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are set up for success from day one.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source of hire, candidate quality, etc.) to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and suggest improvements.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor hiring strategies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in talent acquisition.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion efforts throughout the recruitment process to ensure a diverse and equitable workforce.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR, with a strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring practices.
- Experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.) and social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
- A passion for connecting great people with great opportunities and building diverse, inclusive teams.
Skill Sets:
- Certification in HR or Recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, AIRS, etc.)
- Experience in high-volume or niche recruitment.
- Previous experience with employer branding or social media recruiting.
- Proficiency in using data to drive recruitment decisions and improve processes.
- Multilingual skills are a plus.
