Social Media Manager

Job Description:

We seek a talented and motivated Social Media Manager to develop and execute effective social media strategies that amplify our brand voice, drive engagement, and promote our products/services. The ideal candidate will understand social media trends, audience behavior, and content creation. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to analyze data to refine strategies and ensure maximum impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to align with the company’s marketing goals, business objectives, and brand values.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging, high-quality content (copy, images, videos, graphics, etc.) tailored to each platform and audience.
  • Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, direct messages, and engage with followers to foster a positive and active community.
  • Brand Awareness: Increase brand visibility by growing and maintaining social media followers, expanding the reach of our content, and ensuring consistency across all platforms.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising, influencer partnerships, and promotions.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track social media performance metrics, generate insights, and provide regular reports to measure the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms, adjusting strategies as needed to keep the brand relevant.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and brand alignment across all platforms.
  • Crisis Management: Handle any potential social media crises in a timely and professional manner to protect the brand’s reputation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Deep knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong creative skills with experience in content creation, including photography, videography, or graphic design (basic knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus).
  • Ability to analyze social media performance data and use insights to drive decisions.
  • Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
  • Familiarity with paid social media advertising and strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A passion for storytelling and building online communities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. atmosphere.

Skill Sets:

  • Experience with influencer marketing and partnerships.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of social media trends and viral content strategies.
  • Video editing skills and familiarity with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
