Client Success Associate

One Step Software provides software to over 1,000 mental health clinics. We provide valuable software to these programs which help people in their recovery. Founded in 2017, we work with great clinics and have a great reputation due to our easy to use product, fast customer service and ability to listen to our clients' needs.

We are looking for self starters who are smart, curious, motivated and excited to join a startup. We love what we do and we are looking for more people who are passionate about our product and want to deliver the very best to our clients!

You will be responsible for:

Onboarding new clients onto our software

Helping clients with any questions they have

Creating content for clients to engage them and foster a community for our clients

Host town halls for clients to speak about important topics

This is an exciting and rewarding role for anyone who is interested in customer service and software. There are a lot of opportunities for growth in this role and we invest heavily in our team!

Minimum Requirements:

1+ years experience in a customer facing role

Excellent organizational skills

Excellent communication skills

Ability to manage your own time

Thirst for learning

Self motivated
