Foster Care Case Manager
This job is based in Jeffersonville, IN (just across the Ohio river from Louisville). You will be responsible for providing case management and maintaining licensure for resource and adoptive families in Southern Indiana through the agency's Foster Care and Adoption program. The Case Manager visits with the children in care and their families, performs assessments, provides support and assistance in meeting their needs, and coordinates services with the various entities involved in the management of care.
Essential skills include:
- Bachelor's degree required,
- Must be at least 21 years old,
- Driver's license required,
- Interpersonal communication,
- High emotional intelligence,
- Professional speaking and writing skills, including strong documentation skills,
- Ability to exemplify and convey the agency's values,
- MUST enjoy interacting with children in this role.
