Records/Intake Clerk
ABOUT THE JOB
As a member of Administrative Services, the Records/Intake Clerk handles incoming calls and filings, ensures the proper flow of work, and provides day-to-day support to judges, staff, and the public.

OVERVIEW OF DUTIES
• Answer incoming calls.
• Receive over-the-counter filings.
• Collect and receipt filing fees.
• Process applications for admission to the bar.
• Respond to copy requests.
• Respond to inquiries submitted to the court’s website.
• Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Obtain, organize, and distribute paper copies of briefs and appendices for the argument calendar.
• Provide support for judges’ chambers.
• Review and forward electronically received district court updates.
• Provide administrative support to judges’ chambers and court offices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
