KPath Trainee - June 2025
Kubota is searching for enthusiastic self-starters to join our full time 2-year rotational program in June 2025.
Length of Program: 24 months
Number of Rotations: 4 Rotations / 6 months per rotation
Rotational Areas include but not limited to: Sales, Service, Parts, Product Marketing, National Accounts, and Dealer Development
Relocation Required: The program requires 2-3 relocations throughout the United States. Kubota will cover relocation expenses.

Ft Worth, TX
Edgerton, KS
Elk Grove, CA
Suwanee, GA
Groveport, OH

As a K-Path Trainee, you will engage in hands-on work across various business areas, enhancing skills in time management, effective communication, data analysis, and teamwork. This position will provide you with valuable practical experience by allowing you to travel and work in diverse environments, stretching your professional acumen.

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES: This position does the following in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws / regulations and the Company’s policies, procedures and guidelines:
- Actively engage in meetings, workshops, and team-building activities.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and deliver presentations to leadership.
- Evaluate current systems and propose innovative solutions for enhancement.
- Undertake market research projects and provide support to managers or supervisors as needed.
- Perform fieldwork or travel to various sites when necessary.
- Cultivate a positive atmosphere within the company and build enduring professional connections across all staff levels.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Have earned a Bachelor’s degree prior to program start.
- Ability to relocate for rotation assignments across country.
- A valid driver's license.
EQUIPMENT OPERATION: Office equipment including computer, phone, and printer. Equipment including tractors, construction and other related equipment from Kubota’s product lines.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Warehouse and office environment. Performance of the duties of this job will expose the person to potential hazards including, noise, chemicals, paints, fuels, dust, heat, moving parts and operation of mechanical or electrical equipment. The position may require walking, standing, stooping and transporting materials or parts on a regular basis, up to OSHA limits.
