Software Engineering Intern
Ambitious technology start-up seeks motivated, energetic, responsible and detail oriented Software Engineering Interns to help support our fast-paced development team.
In this role, you will gain experience with all stages of the technology management process including agile methodology and use of industry standard software.
Responsibilities
- Document and test new software applications
- Collaborate within and outside of the team to clarify product requirements and align on technical vision and execution
- Contribute to the architecture and design of the solutions and services
- Gain experience with coding best practices, CI/CD, unit testing, stress testing, automated testing, coding best practices, and technical architecture.
- Help in the development of internal tools to up level our team's technical and operational excellence
Requirements
- Major in Computer Science/Network Engineering, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent experience
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
- Ability to build quality code, accept feedback on your code, and provide feedback to others
- Proficiency in designing data structures, building algorithms, data modeling, and schema design
- Proficient Front End and/or Back End coding skills in modern languages and frameworks
- Excellent ability to communicate and influence others with your verbal and written communication skills
