Available Roles:
Strategy and Consulting Analyst
- Receive in-depth training to develop consulting skills and gain mentorship from senior executives.
- Work in a team of 3-5 consultants, actively contributing to client engagements.
- Tackle complex challenges for federal clients, analyzing data, testing hypotheses, and presenting impactful recommendations.
- Explore various client projects, gaining exposure to all areas of our business.
- Build a strong network by learning from diverse thought leaders.
Technology Consulting Analyst
- Help the federal government advance technology strategies and improve business outcomes.
- Collaborate with a diverse team on projects spanning multiple technologies.
- Utilize your analytical skills to bridge technology and business needs.
- Design, develop, and implement software solutions and identify process improvements.
- Manage project milestones, report risks, and assist in financial activities to ensure successful outcomes.
Operations Analyst
- Support Business Process Services (BPS) or Infrastructure Services (IS) in operational and programmatic functions.
- Deliver daily tasks aligned with established processes, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Analyze and solve low- to medium-complexity issues, with moderate instruction provided.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Bonus Points if You Have:
- Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Axure, Sketch)
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Suite
- Background in software configuration (e.g., Microsoft PowerApps, SharePoint)
- Exposure to tools like Appian, Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, Oracle, Pega
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira
