The ideal candidate is able to learn, understand, and professionally communicate 401(k) plan options and processes, as directed by the company, in a timely manner. The Retirement Plan Installation Specialist position directly contributes to client retention and client satisfaction by proposing 401(k) retirement plan third-party administration services to Financial Advisors specific to their client's needs.
This position is responsible for the accurate and timely retirement plan design setup; installation process at Dyatech and the client selected recordkeeper; and develop, foster, and maintain positive relationships internally and externally. This position performs administrative functions, such as telephone calls, email communication, documenting on-going setup status in a web application, and provides outstanding internal and external customer service for the life of the retirement plan. This position has no supervisory responsibilities and does not provide investment advice.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to take full responsibility for assigned client plans, communicate professionally with clients, collaborating with colleagues, and proactively assisting clients.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment to create high-quality services.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a professional respectful service demeanor at all times.
- Demonstrated ability to strategically manage workload and clients' requests, as well as attend to detail to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment; government regulations and company/system processes and procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, navigating multiple web-based applications.
- Full time/onsite, 40 hours a week, Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm.
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.
- Three (3) or more years of continuous account management and/or project management experience.
