Administrative Assistant to the Vice President of Sales

As the Administrative Assistant to the Vice President of Sales, you will report directly to the Vice President. This position requires a sales aptitude, coupled with the ability to thoroughly build sales programs as well as assisting with sales cycle from retailer pitch to delivery of final programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist the Vice President of Sales
  • Administrative support for company leadership
  • Prepare for meetings and presentations internally and externally
  • Daily contact with Sales to assist with the sales process and account management
  • Retailer vendor guides and new account set ups
  • Gather content, images, specs to assist in preparing sales presentations
  • Manage sample and art requests
  • Provide set up material as needed for accounts
  • Maintaining Santoki price sheets and corresponding catalogs
  • Create PowerPoint presentations for customer pitches
  • Coordinating timelines for orders and delivery
  • Help prepare sales forecasts and report on other sales functions
  • Review purchase orders, terms, and conditions
  • Assist in resolving issues arising from preorder and post delivery
  • Organize direct mailers and trade shows
  • Supply materials to outside consumer events and influencers

MINIMUM ATTRIBUTES:

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration
  • Retail or wholesale experience in children’s consumer products is a plus
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • US Citizenship or green card required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Experience:

 

  • Microsoft Excel: 2 years (Required)
