Mixology Chemist

Position Summary: 
Lulo Enterprise is seeking an innovative Mixology Chemist to join our team and lead the development of unique, Latin-inspired cocktails. This role is perfect for a chemist with expertise in liquid mixing and flavor profiles, who is passionate about creating new experiences through drinks. The Mixology Chemist will work closely with our bartending team to design, test, and perfect one-of-a-kind cocktails that reflect Lulo’s vibrant spirit and culinary vision. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Develop and experiment with new cocktail recipes using a scientific approach to mixing and balancing flavors. 

Research and apply knowledge of chemical interactions to create safe, visually appealing, and flavorful drinks. 

Collaborate with bartenders to implement new recipes, ensuring consistency and quality. 

Maintain a clean, organized work environment and ensure compliance with safety and health standards. 

Qualifications: 

Education: Degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or related field. 

Experience: Prior experience in mixology, food chemistry, or beverage development is preferred. 

Skills: Strong understanding of liquid interactions, creativity in flavor pairing, and attention to detail.
