Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Telehealth Practitioners (Registered Nurse (RN) license, Nurse Practitioners, Registered Dietitian, Holistic Practitioners, etc.) to join our team. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home, with a schedule that suits your lifestyle. As a Telehealth Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive healthcare support to patients, ensuring they receive the education, counseling, and treatment plans they need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate and counsel patients on health conditions and treatment plans through virtual consultations.
• Develop and provide personalized treatment plans and medical guidelines.
• Manage preventive care, and conduct pre and post-operative televisit consultations.
• Perform routine evaluations and assessments via digital platforms.
• Utilize OpenTelemed's digital tools to maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
• Ensure patient satisfaction and address any concerns or questions promptly.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license, Nurse Practitioners, Registered Dietitian, Holistic Practitioners, etc.
• Telehealth experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using digital health tools and technology.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
