GA – KUSBDC – Data Quality and Analytical Solutions Specialist 

This position is integral to maintaining the integrity of our internal data systems, particularly Neoserra, and enhancing our client services through advanced digital solutions. Responsibilities include: Ensure data accuracy and integrity within Neoserra, our client management system. Analyze and manage data to support internal reporting and decision-making processes. Assist clients with SEO strategies to improve their online visibility. Utilize Google Analytics to track and report on website performance and client engagement. Provide eCommerce solutions to help clients optimize their online sales platforms. Implement AI-driven solutions to enhance client business operations and engagement. Conduct one-on-one client meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored digital marketing and data solutions. Develop and deliver workshops or webinars on topics related to data analytics, SEO, and AI for small businesses.

This position is for 20 hours/week of work (300 hours for the spring semester), and it provides a tuition waiver for 9 graduate credits plus a stipend of $3,750 per semester.  Please contact Rachael Wolfe for additional information if needed at rwolfe@kutztown.edu.
