GA – KUSBDC – Market Trends and Analysis Specialist
The Kutztown Small Business Development Center (SBDC) is looking for a part-time Graduate Assistant (GA) to serve as the Market Trends and Analysis Specialist. This role is essential for conducting comprehensive market research and providing insightful analysis to support clients' business decisions and strategic planning. All duties will be performed in the office at Old Main 27. The specialist will utilize platforms like Bizminer and SBDCnet, developing a structured system for clients to request and receive market research. Responsibilities include analyzing market data, preparing detailed reports, and assisting clients and consultants in leveraging this information for strategic purposes. Additionally, the specialist will collaborate with the SBDC team on various research projects, identify areas for process improvement, and work with the intake GA to ensure new clients receive pertinent market research.
This position is for 13.3 hours/week of work (200 hours for the spring semester), and it provides a tuition waiver for 6 graduate credits plus a stipend of $2,500 per semester. Please contact Rachael Wolfe for additional information if needed at rwolfe@kutztown.edu.
